Details: A complex wine regarding to its varieties, it combines the local varieties Xinomavro, Negoska and Cinsaut with the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Vivid red colour with violet-coloured reflections. Botanic character to the nose green pepper and sun-dried tomatoes but also clove, cinnamon and black pepper. The aroma of the black pepper gives its presence and to the taste. Burn nuts and flavorings complete the aromatic palette inside the mouth. Rich and well-built, with vivid tannic character which gives a long endure of life to it. In the end it reminds the character of the oak barrel with notes of coffee and tobacco. A strong wine that needs time in order to mature in bottle. From 1998 the vineyards are being cultivated according to the rules of organic farming.
