Hardly anything has changed in the 5000 year old tradition. Harvesting is still being done solely by a "gentle hitting" of the tree, with a long stick. Thus avoiding harm to our trees and to the quality of our olive oil. No harmful pesticides are used during cultivation and only clean water is used for watering.
Thanks to its exceptional texture, flavour and scent, our extra virgin olive oil is a unique choice for cooking and for all types of food and salads.
